Coney's Castle
The weather here is what I would call "dank" this morning. The Marshwood Vale was full of dark mist.
This picture is of sheep grazing on Coney's Castle which is about a half mile away across the valley. Together with Lamberts Castle and Pilsdon Pen they form a triangle of three Iron age Forts all within a couple of miles of each other.
I am afraid That I am not very knowledgeable about the Iron Age. About time to change that, when I have time!!
