Yn y prynhawniau dyn ni'n cael nifer o brosiectau crefft, rhai personol, rhai fel grŵp. Mae Petra yn dod o München, ac mae hi'n gwneud Namkha. Namkha yw ymarfer Bwdist ble dyn ni'n gweithio gyda'r elfennau (mewnol ac allanol) i helpu pobl.


Kraftwerk - Autobahn



In the afternoons we have a number of craft projects, some personal, some as a group. Petra is from München, and she is making a  Namkha. Namkha is a Buddhist practice where we work with the elements (internal and external) to help people.
