Dahlia Day

What a gorgeously sunny and warm day it's been!  The afternoon has been spent playing scrabble with Mom - she nearly beat me today!

My never before grown dahlias seem to be coming on quite nicely so I decided to have a go at getting the sunlight coming through the petals.  Not entirely successful but something to work on!
