Watchful Mother

An early morning "cup o' tea" for the doe and an adventure for the fawn. The doe heard me in the house and is alert to possible danger. A fun sighting this morning. 

I immediately  refilled the bird bath, and was rewarded with a visit from a Western Tanager and Western Blue Bird fledglings bathing.
