Red Square: summer night

A moody sky this evening which later turned into cooling rain.  Very welcome.

An interesting fact: the name 'red square' has nothing to do with either the colour of some of the buildings, or with communism.  Rather, the name derives from the word 'krasnyi', which in olden days meant 'beautiful', and came to mean 'red' only in contemporary Russian language.
