Sunshine on Brixton

It was a beautiful day today - finally!

Steve pottered and did some garden stuff.  I got the laundry on and did some housey stuff (and a sneaky bit of work - my no work on the weekend policy is not realistic currently).  

In the afternoon we headed to Brixton to meet up with Steve's sister and her partner.  Our trains on a Sunday aren't the best so we were early as we co-ordinated the hourly schedule.  We took a wander around Brixton market before meeting H and S.  We passed this place that did these sour dough pizzas and Steve thought that looked amazing.  I was sure this is where Hannah was planning to take Steve (and I was right).  As we wandered out of the market I saw this amazing old building with grafitti on one side.

We met Hannah and Sami and then headed to lunch which was amazing pizza - lovely bread base followed by drinks in a cute little bar before going to see Ghostbusters in the cinema.  I really wasn't sure what to expect but it was really really good - so funny and I jumped several times.  They have done the remake so very well!

Now we are back home and sitting in our garden in candlelight enjoying the fact that for the first time this summer - IT IS NOT COLD!!!! :)
