Resting between duty

A very busy Saturday which started with treadmill training with Ona, before a ride out with Him Outdoors.
A long awaited lunch with my folks up at the castle where the performers were preparing for the carnival procession commemorating the invention of the tank and the Somme centenary.
Home briefly before out to a retirement do which has left us all a bit spooked. Highlight was seeing a student five years on who was clearly in his element. Left us all pondering though.
