Decrepit

We had some clients coming in for a meeting today but some complications at our office meant it was easier for me and my colleague, Paul, to head down to them instead. 

We stopped off on the way south for a coffee at Forton services and I took this shot of the tower, which is on the northbound side of the M6. It's getting noticeably more decrepit to my eyes, which I think is a real shame. The restaurant was closed because there was no way out in the event of a fire (although that doesn't seem to have stopped the restaurant in the BT Tower). 

Maybe we should have a Kickstarter to build a big New York style fire escape all around it? I'd hate to see it torn down.
