West Virginia has been tackled.

So we've got: PA, WI, IL, MI, and WV... only 45 more to go!  Thanks to T and N for jogging around with me!  It was fun! (mostly :D)  This time proceeds went to a wheelchair mission - they give out free wheelchairs to people who need them.
