Sorry, pub sign challenge has to fall by the wayside today as Helen and Heather win gold in the women's pairs rowing final.

It was great to sees friend of mine, Monty and the guys and girls from 32 Regt out in Afgh on the telly wishing them luck - they were awesome.... Huge congratulations to them both. Heather makes us retired Gunner Officers very proud of our still Serving colleagues :-)
