Says it all...

What a whirl the last 5 days have been. Both sons visiting and our daughter over one night for a family birthday dinner with everyone home! Very nice. Adult children filled our home with lots of energy and ideas!! Constant conversation about geopolitical issues fed by the stream of disturbing news. Lots of cooking and dishwashing. ( we need a dishwasher!!) and lots of chores. Having the sons was fabulous. They moved a lot of projects along with lots of laughter and good humour. Loved it but exhausted and they are adults!! Travelling to Calgary today for a quarterly board meeting. So more whirl. (Coming home later this week to more guests so lots of cleaning and laundry was also the flavour of the last week!! Whew!)

The WBC theme is movement. Couldn't be more appropriate this week. This was taken on the ferry ride home. I sat quietly on the outside deck and dove into this project, tout seul. ;-)
