Land ahoy!

CyclopsJnr has a sore throat.  Well I say it is sore, he has not given us any indication that it is sore as he is eating and behaving normally.  We might not have even noticed it looks nasty as he doesn’t routinely allow us to look in his mouth even when we brush his teeth.  But there you are, it has been gross for a few days and today he started speaking in a raspy voice.
 
So this morning’s activity was a visit to the GP.  She said it was an infection but as he had no fever she expected it would just run its course.  She gave us a prescription for penicillin to collect if a fever comes on or if it doesn’t clear up.
 
So, about our normal business we went.
