Shadows

Nice to see some sun today, get washing dry and enjoy a balmy evening. Nice to see some shadows too.
 
But I don’t think we’ve had the heat wave that other places have had. In fact, on the temperature checker on the BBC web site, we were in the lowest group at 22°. We were in good company though – with Newcastle and Glasgow, Chicago and Oslo. Only Aberdeen in the UK was cooler at 20°. Maybe it will be our turn tomorrow.
 
Confirmation of Blipmeet
   
A short while ago I mentioned a Blipmeet involving rainie from New Zealand and this is now confirmed. A few of us, including rainie and Doug, are planning on meeting up on Saturday 17th September at Fell Foot, which is near Windermere. We are suggesting a time of around 11am. If there are any blippers who know Rainie and would like to meet (or meet her again), they would be very welcome to join us.
