Dinner outside

It very possibly won't last long but summer's definitely arrived.  

I don't normally take this route as it's often quite boggy but I took the opportunity in the heat today to walk through the fields and detour to this little barn.  I can see if from a track I regularly take but it's not close enough for a photo.  

There was a stream running much of the way so Little Dog enjoyed some ball throwing in the cool water.  Then it's been a gardening and chores day, but all very pleasant.

Tonight, after dinner outside, I headed out for a quick ride - without my camera so I'd put a bit of effort in.  It was gorgeous and felt a bit of a treat to be on the flat.
