Training

Started potty training today. Sebastien wasn't terribly thrilled about the no pants part at first, but he got used to it. He also made some progress as the day went on, so we'll see where that leaves us tomorrow. He's awfully good at telling us in words that he has to go...he's just not always right. Here he was drinking some lemonade to get some extra liquids in him.

The book I've been reading about potty training expressly says don't mention or brag about potty training on social media because it'll make you feel like you need to live up to expectations and it'll add unnecessary pressure to the situation. But I can't really sum up the day without mentioning this since it took up the entire day. And my expectations are that he will get this down sometime... eventually... hopefully before he's an adult... so maybe that'll help.
