Fresh Air At Last

Not a exciting blip but I don't have much choice being stuck in hospital. Outside for the first time since Saturday morning but not much choice for view.

Gotta say well done Wiggins and Froome for gold and bronze respectively in the Olympic Time Trial this afternoon which I just managed to see before my credit ran out.

I may be getting a third operation in 4 days tomorrow to make things easier for me but just have to wait and see.
