Late sun

A fairly busy day without a camera and then a later evening walk up Hand Lane, where the last of the sun emerged just as I was reaching the top of the hill.

KDA to buy tape for printmaking and Alpine grit to mix with my compost.
Stainborough Castle Gardens for lunch (on the way home) and busy with grandparents and children now many of the schools have broken up.
Garden tidying, including some of Pat's! (Mainly so the seeds will not blow our way!) So hot and humid outside that I needed to return indoors.
A bit of a rest on the computer and some more work on the Cannon Hall set of images.
Finally an evening walk up the hill.  It's not been this warm on an evening all year.  The glimpse of the bird near the chimney pot might be a Buzzard.  We have lots of them around here now and they nest in the tall trees quite close to here.  (The local gamekeepers are beginning to get upset - of course!)
