What a scorcher today!!
This was taken on my walk with lili this morning, she found it Turing but still wanted to run for the ball!

Weight watchers - bad news, put-on, so I've given myself a good talking to, put my positive hat on and did some sensible food shopping. Only spanner in the works this week is a tea party on Sunday, but being good before and staying focused should be a result at the scales. All this has been spurred on by my buying my outfit for our son's wedding (but last minute) in September (just over 8 weeks). Feeling positive :)

Still hot this evening - took the 13.5 tog duvet off and just a sheet on for tonight - should result in a better night than yesterday.
