Queen Ann"s Lace

Now is the time for the roadside flower to offer its
delicate radiance. It smells like carrot [the root] but
its delicately beautiful, lacy blooms won my heart
many years ago.  Its common name is wild carrot,
but I so prefer the name Queen Ann's Lace.
