Hungry Spider

This spider made a nest outside my house. Usually I am afraid of spiders but he was quite docile. I decided to start to feed him, ants at first to see how he would react. I would catch a live ant and toss it into his web. He would snatch it up right away. I started to photograph him quite a bit, he never minded it. One day I found a little beetle and tossed it in, camera at the ready and he went right for it. I started to snap away and this is the shot I got.
