Is it a loaf...?

Some might think these are loaves of bread. They taste like bread... But I have to admit they are hybrids!

Obviously getting a bit complacent at my reasonably new skill, I used the wrong flour combination, and instead of a mixture of strong brown and white bread flours, I mixed strong white with self-raising!

Not quite what I meant, but - if it happens to you - it tastes ok!
