Where stray animals from the village were kept, until the owner paid a fine for their release. I'm not sure if the Queen got as far as this on her recent informal visit to the village.

Today's 'Extra' is of the Full 'Buck' Moon rising over the bracken and the encroaching woodland on the edge of Chailey Common.
