Orange Nasturtiums.

I have stayed out of the sun as it is hazardous as far as I am concerned, especially if you have delicate pale skin. It is lovely to have warmth nonetheless.
I am finding plenty of homely things to do.
Maria has come home for a few days and being energetic and good at jogging, she has gone for a jog.
The temperature is 26c so it is good enough to enjoy the magnificent beauty of the heatwave from inside.
I shall indulge in some ice cream a little later!
