First IESE Session

I'm not an IESE professor and never will be but today I presented and facilitated 90 minutes of class for the first time in an executive program with mainly fitness and leisure directors in attendance from UK and also from as far away as Brazil. It built on the work I've done on revising presentations in the last two weeks. Here the class (not all thirty shown) applaud the 'volunteer' who presented to the whole class and therefore got the benefit of 300 years of cumulative business experience being applied to help her meet her own business challenge. We then split into six groups of five to begin five rounds of focusing on each individual's challenge. Quite of bit of logistics and preparation . . . about 300 man hours by all of us to get to the kick off point today! It all went well.
