Summer

It was a Harry day today and a very hot one too!

To keep him amused I took him to the canoe lake where they have nice water sprinklers for the little kids to play in but Harry didn't want to do that. He wanted to eat his little picnic.
After eating we went on the beach for a while but boy oh boy did it get hot! I couldn't find any shade so decided to walk back, promising Harry we would play in the paddling pool in the garden. I swear I have never been as hot in my life and couldn't wait to get indoors out of the blazing sun and to save people from having to look at my face which had gone some kind of puce colour!

I thought it was supposed to be cooler on the coast!
