The Reflection Garden

Just one year and 6 days after my wife's 'significant' birthday, she finally enjoyed the last of her presents, a cream tea at David Austen Roses in Albrighton.

We had time beforehand to have a walk around the formal gardens, which show off the roses in garden settings.  Included amongst the different areas is the reflection pool.  I just liked the way the rose petals echoed the reflections of the clouds.  We missed the thunderstorms, though did hear thunder in the distance and drove along wet roads on the way back.

Cooler this evening, hopefully a more comfortable night ahead.
