Gwyl Tysilio Festival #Anglesey

The storm arrived at 3.30 this morning and continued for about 4 hours. I was worried that I was going to get soaked at Church Island, Menai Bridge - it's Festival week and as a Friend I'd volunteered to be on duty this morning.
We had a beautiful morning, lots of nice visitors asking interesting questions and enjoying the little church with its flowers.
Blip is of the view from the church door - large tree is a Monterey Cypress which are rather rare.
We met Catrin Hobson and enjoyed her performance at lunch time.
Bumped into my cousin and her daughter who were walking their dogs.
