Scrumptious summer casserole

Today I made a Greek summer casserole from my cookbook 'A La Grecque our Greek table by Pam Talimandisis.

The casserole was very tasty if I may say so myself - comprising of onions, garlic aubergine, courgette, red pepper, green beans, potatoes, okra, parsley, & tomato pulp but the real joy was in the making as the casserole needs to be layered as per the above order - finished by feta cheese & served with crusty bread.
