Today was the annual jp Morgan 5.9 km run around battersea park. Finished in 25 mins in heat and after not much training so was happy.

Few beers at the finish line and race and run to kings cross on the underground and this is my fast train leaving 20 seconds after I got to platform 9.

Now on the slow train with McDonald's and a shirt to iron when I get home.
