Stroll around the grounds until you feel at home

Yet another wonderful Blipmeet at Hidcote Gardens, Gloucestershire, organised by Hildasrose . She is great at this having been a teacher for aeons until tomorrow! ( The words 'herding cats' were heard a few times. )
We met at the cafe. Trouble is there are two cafes and some people were a bit late to the party having gone to the wrong one!
We wandered around in the heat sharing our knowledge and learning lots. We ate our picnic under a shady tree and tootled down the road to Kiftsgate where this lovely arty installation is. We blippers decided that the hedge behind it needs to be a couple of feet higher, so you can get a decent border at the top of your photo. Never mind I've cropped it down to within a hair's breadth of the top of the 'leaves' . You need a drone I think!
After that we had more tea and cake and lazed around in the shade for a while before everyone had to set off for home.
