An **outstanding** concert this evening - our last of three at the jazz festival. The quality has been increasing as we've gone through them.

Funny old day, weather-wise. After the outstanding wall to wall sunshine and warmth yesterday, we have rain and an electric storm this morning, and such weird light. In fact, no light. The street lights came on automatically.

It cleared up this afternoon, and was quite sunny and breezy by the time I popped by the Pear Tree to gatecrash a colleague's leaving drinks.

Ah right. Some sort of blip day. It's supposed to be 6 years of blipping, but in truth it's more complicated than that, because I started in September 2010, and then added some backblips.
