I'll have legs like tree trunks....

After a new set of crank arms, then a new crank spindle, numerous replaced spokes, a snapped chain then a complete rear wheel rebuild I've finally got my fixed wheel bike up and running. I've been running around the city for the last few days and despite my reservations about going fixed, I'm really enjoying it. Already I can feel the benefits and it certainly adds a bit of excitement to the daily bike ride.

Now if only my daughter would hurry up and enter this world I'd be a happy man indeed.
