Dolma

One of my favourite dishes is stuffed vine leaves. It's not too difficult to make it but it takes too much time. Normally I don't make it so often but this time I wanted to do something to keep me busy, because I feel so isolated these days. You know what, I felt much better after making it. ( mum's dolmas are the best)
I'm not so sure if Turkish restaurants serve it where you live because they mainly serve kebabs but you can try this in Greek restaurants. We call it 'dolma' , they call it 'dolmades'.
