Bologna, day 3.

We walked to the train station this morning to investigate possible trips out of the city over the next few days. We bought tickets to go to Ferrara tomorrow.

we took a different route back, via the mercato del herbe and bought some huge cherries as well as some lunch items.

A walk out this evening brought us to this beautiful colonnade- there are so many of these all around the city.
