Pittenweem Outdoor Pool

- or at least what's left of it. The signs in Pittenweem, St Monans and probably others state clearly that 'Bathers do so at their own risk, pools no longer maintained by the council'! I have so many happy memories of swimming & playing in the Cellardyke pool in the late '50s and now these families still enjoy the relatively sheltered water.
On returning from the Coastal Path walk I headed for the open water of Elie Beach and for the first time in many, many years I enjoyed a swim - glorious day today!
