A day with James

Nursery is very strict so when James had a couple of unsavoury nappies yesterday they said h couldn't go back for 2 days.

Typically #2 daughter had arranged a day off work to meet #3 daughter on her first day of school holidays, and husband couldn't be spared from his work, so I went down to look after him. We went to the beach and he had a great time, watching the digger, bashing sand castles with stones and running about.

After his nap we went to the supermarket which he loved, played football in the garden, then played shutting granny out the gate.

It was great to spend time with him one to one as usually we see him with Thomas but even with only him, I'm shattered!
