Protecting The Ladies......
I spent my lunch break with the Red Wing Blackbirds at our central Oregon yard. All was well until about the 11th minute of me admiring and photographing them. I could tell stress was taking over but before I walked away at least a dozen females flew to the other side of the street where we could see each other but no chance for a photo. At this time one by one the men started buzzing me so I promptly left. Way more photos than I could ever blip so these three are my favorite, even though the main one isn't perfect I just really liked the artistry of it.
Headed north of Seattle in the morning. Finally back in my home state.
