Session three

Our third creative crafters session took place this week - colouring for adults.

My turn to host so did a little research about them (yes there is something interesting)

They originated in France and the UK followed. There the no. one selling non text books in most book stores.
They are used for anxiety and depression therapy
They've also come into criticism for stifling creativity and sending adults back to their childhood

However non of that mattered, with classic Fm playing in the background a group of chatty women slowly stopped talking and got into some deep concentration while colouring away.

Most of the girls chose mandalas to colour but one did bring her Game of Thrones book in.
