Trams

Quick trip over to Manchester, for a GMC course.  

They are working on the tram lines in the centre - this chap came over and chatted after I took the photo, and told me they are doing double shifts - so work is going on from 0500 to midnight, to speed up the progress and minimize the disruption.  He seemed to think they were a jolly good thing - contrasting with the white elephant they seem to have become in Edinburgh.
