Rock Art, Tanum
We spent most of the day looking at the carved rock art at Tanum. It’s a World Heritage area, so there is loads of information, a good interpretive centre (free), and signs to help the viewing of the carvings. In order to allow the art to be more easily seen, the main sites have their carvings painted with red 'paint', main blip. The extra is of an unpainted carving of a boat.
