Mattress and base delivered, and furniture shifted, plus M has put up shade cloth over our entrance - made quite a difference.

Dance team have decided to go to Lisbon by train - so we have an unexpected day off tomorrow - so good. Made time to read more of a book about Portugal - excellent writing - The First Global Village, How Portugal Changed the World, by Martin Page.

And then a swim and a walk at the river this evening - and no meeting - might even get to bed before midnight...
