Listless & Languid

I've started taking these energy boosters, all natural, in an effort to recapture my youth.
Really there just to give me a little boost.
It has been hot, really hot, and I'm at a loss to explain why having travelled from the north of England for a holiday you would take your children shopping as opposed to the beach.
Anyway I zipped through a boatload of work today with more lined up for tomorrow.
