I did it!

Our QTS awards evening tonight properly marked the end of quite a mammoth journey for me. It finally feels a little more real now!
I was particularly humbled by the words that were taken from a student of mine, although ironically despite my obvious drive to push standards of literacy to their highest, I made a spelling mistake in a thank you card for one of the course leaders! Oh the irony! 
A great evening with great food and company.
A big high five to my biggest inspirations too! I wouldn't be here without them all in my corner.

We spent/ wasted the majority of the day mulling over the previous evenings' events in the garden before rushing home to sort out a problem and then to get ready for the evening !
