Weedy lunch

Attended a three hour workshop today - identifying and cooking weeds. A workshop leader composts his grass and cultivates the weeds. I was amazed at what we can eat that is just hanging around in Canberra nature parks and gardens. Today's menu included frittata and gnocchi, sautéed pumpkin and an amazing salsa :)
