The woods...

were fragrant with the perfume of Honeysuckle and alive with Speckled Wood butterflies. It was sunny too. Found a Slow Worm on the track too. Lovely walk but the lochan was disappointing. There was cloud cover and the dragons were lying low! Sun came out again later and there were Meadow Browns, Ringlets, Small Heath and Speckled Woods in profusion.
