Mystery Plant

Well, it's a mystery to me!  Does anyone know what it's called?

A dull and overcast day here, but no rain so far.  Perfect for another test drive in the car we first looked at earlier in the week!  So now the deal is done and dusted and my husband has been persuaded to defect from his usual brand of car to another, as neither of us liked the interior of the replacement model.  We collect the new (to us) car on Wednesday.  Quite a major decision, as he has had the previous one for nine years!!

PS. After a bit of research, I think the plant is Summersweet or Clethra alnifolia.
