Flying Feet.....

All three of us did Parkrun this morning. MrsT ran ahead at her own pace and I ran with L.

Parkrun is always a great start to the weekend and I'm happy MrsT and L have now 'caught the bug'.

After that L and I completed a Star Wars jigsaw she recently bought before we went out for a big bike ride stopping off at the park.

Then we returned home to meet up with MrsT and went out for dinner at Nandos.
