Art in Action - lots of lovely things

What a wonderful and huge makers' fair. I don't know who made this beautiful piece of glass as I left the booklet with my sister for her visit on Sunday ... but it doesn't matter ... I love the colours and form. Shame I couldn't bring it home with me though.

Fabulous weather ... amazing craftspeople. It is supposed to be the last one ... which would be such a shame. It was the 40th Anniversary. Here's hoping the organisers can be persuaded to keep it going. Imagine how surprised I was to bump into Kaye - a colleague from Lancashire - in the furniture/woodcarvers marquee! Gobsmacked .... and a lovely surprise.
