Today we opened the Haribo Gold Medals to celebrate #TeamGB's successes.

I watched Helen Glover and Heather Stanning win our first gold through a stream of tears and then the Men's Eight brought home a bronze.

On to the Time Trial and Wiggo did his stuff along with Chris Froome.

This evening Michael Jamieson won us a silver.
