My boys

The day started with a sports massage. Not as painful as sometimes.

I had some errands to run in town. The mayor was in town encouraging people to donate to her charities. She was wearing all of her regalia and looked very hot.

Having done some gardening we had a barbecue as the weather was so lovely.

The photo is of Murphy sitting on my son's lap. It's a special day on Sunday. Murphy will be 3. As Milo his half brother died when he was 2 getting to 3 is a major land mark.

I am planning a few celebrations. You may well see him again with his cake
